The Photography & Video Show 2025 is open from 10:00 until 17:00; Saturday, 8 March - Tuesday, 11 March.

The Photography & Video Show will be at Excel London in 2025. The closest station is Custom House (Elizabeth Line and DLR).

Travelling to Excel really couldn't be easier. If you're based outside London, you can park on the outskirts and jump on the Tube. The Elizabeth Line links Reading, Paddington, Farringdon, Liverpool Street and Stratford with Excel's main station, Custom House. The DLR also links Custom House with a number of Central London stops. Both are super easy to navigate, run a frequent service, and offer some great photo opportunities along the way!

The taxi drop off location is at the west entrance of the venue.

For a zero-faff option, it's also very easy to park on the outskirts of the city and jump on the Tube to get to Excel.

Ticket info

Standard entry: £18.95 for any single day
Concession entry: £15.95 for any single day (applies to over 60s, disabled visitors, students (weekend only) and children aged 15-17)

Multiple days: 50% discount on 2nd, 3rd and 4th visit.

Professional photographers, filmmakers, content creators and image-making industry representatives can apply for FREE entry to the show. All applications are verified as it is essential for us to understand our visiting audience and have an accurate breakdown of attendees in order to fulfil our visitor attendance audit and tailor the show content appropriately. Students who are currently studying a degree or equivalent qualification in photography, video or a directly related subject can visit the show free of charge on Monday, 10 and Tuesday, 11 March. Those wishing to visit over the weekend can purchase a Concession entry ticket. We do ask for institution ID information to support student entry applications.

Under 18s are very welcome! Children under 5 go free and do not need a ticket. Children aged 5-14 go free but a ticket is required for them. Children aged 15-17 can attend at the concession rate. All under 18s should be accompanied by an adult. Baby changing facilities are available at Excel and a family room (by S9 entrance), should it be needed.

If you are a visitor needing carer assistance, we can arrange a carer ticket free of charge.

It is not mandatory to send us evidence of a disability / carer requirement but we'd appreciate it if you can send one of the following with your request:

Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) documentation
Attendance Allowance documentation
Evidence of being severely sight impaired
CredAbility Access Card with a “+1” category requirement
A recognized Assistance Dog ID card
Access Card (Nimbus)

We operate a no refund policy (stated here) on tickets bought for this year's show. We can refund bought for the cancelled 2020 show provided that the ticketholder has not attended the show since.

Food and drink will be available inside the halls at our Café Bar. In addition, there are a number of restaurants and takeaways just outside the halls in the Boulevard.

Free visitor WiFi coverage is available across Excel. You can connect using any compatible device, such as a mobile phone, laptop or tablet. This free service is suitable for sending emails, simple web browsing and accessing social networks.
