Professional photographers, filmmakers, content creators and image-making industry representatives can apply for FREE entry to the show. All applications are verified as it is essential for us to understand our visiting audience and have an accurate breakdown of attendees in order to fulfil our visitor attendance audit and tailor the show content appropriately. Students who are currently studying a degree or equivalent qualification in photography, video or a directly related subject can visit the show free of charge on Monday, 10 and Tuesday, 11 March. Those wishing to visit over the weekend can purchase a Concession entry ticket. We do ask for institution ID information to support student entry applications.

If you are a visitor needing carer assistance, we can arrange a carer ticket free of charge.
Please email thephotographyshow@futurenet.com to request a carer ticket.
It is not mandatory to send us evidence of a disability / carer requirement but we'd appreciate it if you can send one of the following with your request:
Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) documentation
Attendance Allowance documentation
Evidence of being severely sight impaired
CredAbility Access Card with a “+1” category requirement
A recognized Assistance Dog ID card
Access Card (Nimbus)
