Key info

The Photography & Video Show 2026 is open from 10:00 until 17:00; Saturday, 14 March - Tuesday, 17 March.

The Photography & Video Show will be at the NEC Birmingham in 2026.

Travelling to the NEC is easy - by train, bus, car and even plane! More info coming soon. 

You can search for great rates on nearby hotels via our accommodation partner, BCD, who can also provide a bespoke end-to-end service for group bookings.

Professional photographers, filmmakers, content creators and image-making industry representatives can apply for FREE entry to the show before 23:59 on 6 March. After this time, standard ticket prices will apply to all. 

Students who are currently studying a degree or equivalent qualification in photography, video or a directly related subject can visit the show free of charge on Monday, 16 and Tuesday, 17 March. Those wishing to visit over the weekend can purchase a Concession entry ticket. We do ask for institution ID information to support student entry applications.

Under 18s are very welcome! Children under 5 go free and do not need a ticket. Children aged 5-15 go free but a ticket is required for them. Children aged 16-17 can attend at the concession rate or free as students on Monday, 16 and Tuesday, 17 March. All under 18s should be accompanied by an adult. Baby changing facilities are available, as is a quiet room, should it be needed.

If you are a visitor needing carer assistance, we can arrange a carer ticket free of charge.

Please email thephotographyshow@futurenet.com to request a carer ticket. 

It is not mandatory to send us evidence of a disability / carer requirement but we'd appreciate it if you can send one of the following with your request:

Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) documentation
Attendance Allowance documentation
Evidence of being severely sight impaired
CredAbility Access Card with a “+1” category requirement
A recognized Assistance Dog ID card
Access Card (Nimbus)

We operate a no refund policy (stated here) on tickets bought for this year's show.
