Brought up with close family connections to Elton John it's not very surprising that Dean has ended up working predominantly in the music industry. He's a North London based filmmaker hungry to produce visually striking pieces no matter how seemingly simple they may be. He has a desire deep within to create images that look as good as they can be to whatever budget he is working with. As a filmmaker he has directed, filmed and edited much of his own work. With that strong understanding of the filmmaking process and a passion for the technical aspects, he has found himself drawn to beautiful imagery and fast-paced modern camerawork. He loves to experiment and challenge myself with each video that he starts to roll on. He has worked in a wide range of genres, from gritty documentary music work to wedding day storytelling and visually striking cinematic music videos. When it comes to his commercial work, he is able to adapt a complex story to short formats while concentrating on authentic and intimate character performances where needed. He has an aptitude for making something that may seem relatively boring look refreshingly appealing to the viewer! He is currently the official filmmaker / photographer for McFly and The Vamps.
