James Hoffmann has worked in coffee since 2003, was the 2007 World Barista Champion and is the co-founder of Square Mile Coffee Roasters. James wrote The World Atlas of Coffee, published in 2014, is a consultant and advisor to a number of companies inside and outside of the coffee industry. James also runs the largest YouTube channel dedicated to coffee.
